Before you leave your room, we would be very grateful if you could remove the bed linen and place it on the floor alongside your dirty towels (or put it in one of the linen baskets in the corridor).

In the basement at the western end of the centre, you’ll find Munkekælderen and the Cinema
Munkekælderen is a self-service bar where you need a key to help yourself.

Follow the instructions in the room – it’s ‘plug and play’!

In the dining room, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Meal times are tailored to each guest’s schedule – so please bear this in mind.
However, on a typical day, breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.00 am, lunch from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm and dinner from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
We take great care to ensure that hot food is served hot – so even though it is a buffet, please do come to the restaurant at the time specified in the programme!
At Laugesens Have, we prioritise healthy and locally sourced ingredients and place a strong emphasis on sustainability.
We have carefully selected our suppliers, so we know we can always rely on our deliveries and do not need to compromise on quality.
We use organic produce to a certain extent, but are also very mindful of the country of origin and transport time. After all, we’d much rather have ordinary Danish carrots from a local grower than organic carrots from Spain!
That’s why we’re very keen to use ingredients with a local flavour. With us, you can enjoy leg of lamb from Videbæk, apple cider from Ringkøbing, vegetables from Nøvling, and so on.

There are self-service bars in Hedeslaget and Munkekælderen.
In the bars, there are slips of paper where you can note down your consumption; please settle your bill in the dining room the following day (or by arrangement), either at breakfast or lunch.
You are not permitted to bring your own drinks to Laugesens Have.

Perhaps you have already let us know that you have specific dietary requirements – for example, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, no pork, and so on.
In any case, we’d like you to pop into the kitchen straight after you arrive.
We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible – and we’re happy to cater for any special dietary requirements.

You’ll find our coffee stations in Havestuen and Knudepunktet
Here, you’re welcome to help yourself to coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout your stay. There’s often fruit available too, which you’re welcome to help yourself to.
Microwave:
There is also a microwave in Havestuen if, late in the evening, you’ve brought some food with you that you’d like to heat up.
You’ll also find clean plates and cutlery in the cupboard under the table.
At Laugesens Have, we have super-fast fibre broadband.
Simply select the ‘vestenvind’ network – there is NO password.

The photocopying and printing room is located at Knudepunktet.
There is a Canon photocopier here, which you are welcome to use.
To print a document from your PC, Mac or mobile phone, simply send an email to: print@vestenvind.dk
The document will then be printed on the photocopier, and you can make further copies afterwards.
For guests attending meetings and conferences, photocopying is included in the meeting booking and is therefore free of charge.

All our meeting rooms are equipped with a large flat-screen monitor. It is a Clever-touch screen that you can use interactively.
There is also a webcam, so you can communicate with, for example, a speaker who is not on site.
The screen can be connected to a PC via an HDMI cable.
If you have any further questions, please contact the reception staff.
